Belkin Burden Goldman , LLP, a real estate-focused law firm, signed a new lease for 30,598 square feet at One Grand Central Place. Jeffrey Peck , Daniel Horowitz , and Jacob Stern from Savills represented Belkin Burden Goldman , LLP in the lease negotiations. Dime Community Bank, a local New York City -based bank that has been in business for more than 150 years, signed a new lease for 19,401 square feet. Previously Dime Community Bank occupied a 3,643 square foot space at the property. Charlie Terrasi from Laterra Real Estate represented Dime Community Bank in the lease negotiations.
