MMDA vaccinates PBA players, staff members vs COVID-19
MANILA, Philippines --- The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) has started the vaccination of Philippine Basketball Association (PBA) players and staff members against COVID-19. The MMDA said PBA staff members and players were given Sinovac vaccines at the MMDA vaccination facility in Makati City over the weekend. "The PBA is one of the industries in the country struggling to cope with COVID-19. About 1,200 workers in the industry have been affected by the pandemic," MMDA chairman Benhur Abalos said in a statement on Sunday.
