The plan was developed in collaboration with the California Reinvestment Coalition ("CRC"), The Greenlining Institute, Massachusetts Affordable Housing Alliance ("MAHA") and Massachusetts Association of Community Development Corporations ("MACDC"), based on anticipated growth resulting from and subject to the completion of SVB''s pending acquisition of Boston Private Financial Holdings, Inc.
