Half of June 2022 we were the lucky ones to stay at les Rochers for one week.
We were a group of 7 and a baby. For us it was the perfect place to be.
The beautiful surroundings, the tasteful renovated rooms/apartments with all modern comfort but always with respect to their own character, were a joy to stay in.
The owners do have a great taste of style and knowledge of art.
We had beautiful weather during our stay and enjoyed the spacious greenery all around the estate. There is plenty of room for everyone. So if you want your own private space you just look for one.
Every morning in the Auberge Suzanna prepared us a delicious breakfast. Every day we got something different. Mostly local products with a great taste.
One of our favorites was the brioche.
In the Auberge there is a big professional kitchen that is for general use. For a group like us, it was really of added value.
Together we prepared our meals, which is fun to do in such a beautiful kitchen.
Suzanna is a very lovely host. Her mission is to serve her guests in the best way she can, but without being too much.
We were really spoiled during our stay. Also she gave us advice about “must sees”, restaurants or things to do in the neighborhood. She even did dog sitting when the dog was not allowed in the restaurant.
In short Les Rochers is one of a kind. A beautiful estate in the middle of nowhere but with lots of things to do and see in the neighborhood.
You are surrounded by beautiful nature and the estate is renovated with respect of its old character.
