Free speech is great and I love it but of course the problem right now is that societies that were willing to give up some liberties recovered the quickest and are now the fastest rising economies. While we in the west spin our wheels on whether to wear masks.
Here in the US it’s a different story. The doctors who have been studying infectious diseases at NIH for decades are actually going against the current administration with their recommendations. It’s hard to see them as going political when these findings do nothing but damage to them and cause them frustration with no upside. They recommend wearing masks btw.
