CSW's legal theory is sound, but whether the courts will go strictly by law is another matter. I'm not saying this in a cynical sense that courts are corrupt. No, even the most just and fair courts don't always go by a strict legal theory. Sometimes the weight of reality is just too heavy that no one can bear. Guess why the US Supreme Court did not even look into the 2020 election lawsuits. People say it is pure corruption, but it is a combination of corruption and weakness of bearing the weight of reality, and I would even say that in the case of US Supreme Court, it is the latter that is predominant. It is human.
