First up, I am not responsible if anyone hurt himself or others. It just share my experience. I am not selling anything or have endorsement deals. I purchased and use the products mentioned. Hydrogen burns clean, under certain conditions totally invisible to the eye. Optimal combustion is at 29% hydrogen-to-air volume ratio. Clean water is also the only “waste” product of burning hydrogen. Burning with air gives a 2000° C flame and with oxygen about 2700° C. In my process, with 100 Watt-hours I can boil 250 ml of water in 6 min. Will have to get H2 flow meter to see exact production. 1 liter of H2 gas = 0.0893 g , 22.4 liters H2 is 2 grams at standard temperature and pressure. For the electrolysis I use 1.25 mm thick roofing lead, 2 plates per cell on negative side (hydrogen) and single lead peroxide plate on positive oxygen side total 3 plates per cell. Once upon a time every house water was supplied with lead pipes (some still have part of whole) To control the input I used a Buck Converter (ZK-JVA-12KX) which is also used to control the micro vacuum pump (400 mA, 2~ 3.2 lpm, part num MN-27278-1M) to ajust the pressure. Temperature plays big part on production, and also burning effectiveness. Generally I keep it below 4 volt. Some heat is fine put inefficiency increases with higher volts pushing. To keep the hydrogen and oxygen apart I cut up an umbrella as it was easy at hand but will buy 100% nylon fabric the next time as the umbrella fabric likes to roll up again, hard to work with. Then the two gases are directed in channels and further on to the storage bags. On hydrogen side I used vacuum bags for clothes storage and on oxygen side just a plastic bag with some rubber bands. Sometime did not collect the oxygen at all. Burner nozzles sizes I used so far from 0.28 mm to 2.1mm single and 3 burner, simple brass pipe to camping burners or oxy torches. Nitro silicone fuel tubes i found the best 2.3 mm I.D. The stuff from hardware store is to stiff and big, a lot of waste. To make lead peroxide plate requires: 1,5 volt, 1 amp per 100 square cm and pumping baterie acid at 5 l/min for 30 min at room temperature, I use a Mini Vacuum Pump DC 12V 5L/min, 500 mA. 6 W. max vacuum: 65 kpa Maximum pressure: 120 kpa Everyone must inform himself of lead peroxide toxicity and how to handle it or the battery acid for that matter. Will upload more pic and videos over time, here is the harvest for 100 watt-hours. The vacuum clothes storage bag (90 cm x 56 cm) contains the hydrogen and the other the oxygen.
