How long is your fast? I used to schedule my day like this.
Wake up - 1pm: work while fasting (black coffee only)
1pm: Pre-workout drink
1pm - 2pm: Work Out
2pm - 3pm: Lunch (low carb, high protein) and grocery store if I needed things for dinner
When I got home: Protein Shake
Rest of the day: I would do whatever work I needed to and eat when I got hungry. Usually a snack like plain greek yogurt with berries, nuts, honey and then high protein/low carb dinner around 7pm. No food after 9/10pm.
This was ideal when living alone since I didn't have many in person social obligations. It spaced my day out nicely though. Great results after ~4 months of this. Then I got lazy. It's difficult to start back up again now that I'm not living alone and eating is a more of a social event.
