I think people are anchored to twetch rates and treating tips like a “like”. I’m relatively generous and I’ve been getting good feedback. Not sure if that’s connected. <.10c is a like. A tip should probably be a quarter or higher (sorry for US bias). It won’t be big money but it could amount to a few hundred a year just giving thoughtful answers or vice versa to crowd source useful info.
