Maybe. My ultimate goal is to somehow tie this to what we see right now when we look out, that the universe is "expanding" away from us at an accelerating rate, and that the rate observed can be explained by differences in entropy production between regions. That maybe the universe isn't expanding away from us, but that we're accelerating away from the less entropy productive parts of the universe. Accelerating away in a direction not easily describable in 3 dimensions, so it looks as if we're moving away from everything at once. Kinda like we're shrinking
