The owner was there every time I stopped in, day or night. slice crust was airy, crispy, thick and fluffy, basically the opposite of the usual nyc slice, but it was so perfectly formed I always wondered where he learned how to make it that way. Stopped by in the rain today, apparently the place didn’t survive COVID.
