Some people have a nagging feeling that they "ought to do something about their weight/aching joints/back pain/whatever" but just put it off indefinitely until it's too late or gotten to a point where the pain becomes unbearable.
The irony is all the information you could possibly need is out there on the internet, you just need to seek it and find it objectively. I did, and I'm healthier now than I have been in literally decades.
I feel great, lots of energy, flat stomach, toned muscles, no aches and pains.
Apathy and ignorance are big killers.
