DO NOT USE KTX ticket prices are almost double than what you'll pay on the official website. Shockingly they also created a number of website that are placed as Google ads on top of your search list, to look like the real deal but when you search with any of these they'll just redirect you to the rail ninja app. CLEARLY A SCAM. DO NOT USE

In short, do not download this app. It is unreliable, the staff taking questions are not helpful and you will certainly not get the best result. In this case after using this app I realised that I would have been better off simply going to the station and winging it. I payed full price for a decent seat only to end up being marked down to one of the worst seats possible without any suggestion of compensation for the change in quality meaning you will pay a lot of money for a terrible experience

Whenever possible Rail Ninja assigns the best seats for the Customers, however if you made a last minute booking, probably, this was the last seat available. We recommend you book tickets in advance if seat location is crucial for your travel.

ATTENTION this is a scam. They take your money, 202 dollars and don't send you tickets. With my booking from Rome to Ancona for 2 adults 5 days out still no tickets. Then I get an email that requested 200 dollars extra. I cancelled the tickets and bought them direct for a total of 270 dollars. From reading other reviews I dont expect to get my money back soon or maybe at all.
