I bought this bike for my wife who has mobility problems. We are Very happy with my trike. It was delivered without incident and was easy to put together. The packaging was the best that I've seen. I highly recommend the mooncool bike. I am still waiting for my accessories to be delivered so I can complete the assembly.

The 5% not finished is great for a younger person but for a senior help was needed but a great ride.

I am in love with this trike. I tried an e-bike but the weight of it was more than I could balance - this trike was the best possible solution! It is fun, you get a workout and lots pt people ask about it. So glad we bought it!

Good to know that some people are getting trikes from them that actually work. My Dad preordered (#MC 2358) and waited 3 weeks (as expected) We put it together and it worked twice. Now won't go, has an E10 error. Their "customer service" is a joke, whether calling or email. Barely a grasp of the English language. so much so that their generic responses don't even address the issues that I've emailed. $1600 and 2 months with nothing to show for it. They have done nothing to make it right. This has been frustrating to say the least. Now they are hanging up on us. Good luck! Naturally the website wouldn't post my 1 star review so trying with 5 stars.

We bought 2 TK1 Folding Times, Cyan for my wife and Orange for me. We have only rode them about 50 mile so far. My wife's trike completely lost the rear brakes after 40 mile. My local bike repair guy determined that there wasn't enough fluid put in the brake line at the factory and allowed for air in the line. I contacted Mooncool via email about the problem and they very quickly notified me they would cover the $40.00 cost of having to bleed the brake line. I sent them a copy of my receipt and within a few days my PayPal account was credited the $40.00. That's pretty good customer service from an internet company. Otherwise our trikes came in good condition and went together easily. Been very happy with our purchase so far.
