Description

Goal:
Inform users about changes in PDF rendering service

Proposal:
Add a banner with relevant information and collect feedback about the change using a call to action

Background:
we want to make sure that we're getting the right audience for the conversation around sunsetting OCG and identifying requirements for Electron here: https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Reading/Web/PDF_Functionality
We would like to add banners directly to the pages this functionality will affect - download as PDF page (electronPDF extension)

Text (single-render PDF):
We're having significant problems with the function we currently use to create PDFs. We unfortunately have to replace it. We are testing the new version of the service below (single-column layout). Please help us find bugs or missing functionality. If you notice any bugs or would like to leave any other feedback, please visit the project page here: https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Reading/Web/PDF_Functionality

Use the .warningbox styles in core for consistency

Something like this? I'm trying to

a) Simplify the language, but for non-technical readers and non-native speakers.
b) Stress the fact that we're doing this because we have to, not just that we've found a new feature we think would be better, to steer the conversation towards what we need to do, and hopefully less towards "but why?".

We're having significant problems with the function we currently use to create PDFs. We unfortunately have to replace it. We are testing the new version of the service below (single-column layout). @Nirzar we're not deviating from the styles in mediawiki for this as we do not want to create inconsistency and tech debt.
@Volker_E and you should talk about changing all the warning box styles to look like this in a separate task. It looks nice.

To Q/A visit https://en.wikipedia.beta.wmflabs.org/wiki/Main_Page and click on "Download as PDF" from the sidebar and check if you see a warning box at the top of the page.

Default warning box should work. I should have used that in the first place. @Volker_E and I can work on making default boxes better.
