Après avoir rappelé les grandes lignes de l’affaire du Temple, l’article en esquisse une réinterprétation d’ensemble. L’analyse des sources émises par les instigateurs du procès – le roi de France Philippe le Bel et ses conseillers – est privilégiée. Une logique étrangère à l’histoire de l’ordre mais propre, en revanche, à celle de la monarchie capétienne présida aux événements. La « découverte » et la répression d’une « hérésie des templiers » fut la dernière étape d’un processus, commencé lors du conflit avec Boniface VIII, au cours duquel la royauté française s’appropria les fondements mystiques de la théocratie pontificale. Dans l’affaire du Temple, les légistes royaux achevèrent de sceller une Nouvelle Alliance entre Dieu et le Capétien. Défenseur suprême de la foi catholique, le roi était désormais investi d’une fonction christique, supérieure à celle du pape. L’enjeu du procès des templiers fut la transfiguration du pouvoir royal.

Abstract
« A Heresy of State. Philip the Fair, the Trial of the ‘Perfid Templars’ and the pontificalization of French Kingship ».

Having first summed up the Temple case, this article outlines a comprehensive reinterpretation with special regard to the texts written by the instigators of the trial, namely Philip the Fair and his ministers. The logic that prevailed was peculiar to the history of the capetian monarchy ; it had nothing to do with the order’s history. The « discovery » and repression of the « templars’ heresy » was the last step of a process that had begun with the franco-papal rift at the time of Boniface VIII. In this process, the french monarchy appropriated the mystic foundations of the papal theocracy. With the Temple case, the royal legists finished to set the seal on a New Alliance between God and the king. As the ultimate defender of the catholic faith, the capetian king was now fully invested with a christical function that put him above the pope. What was at stake in the templars’ trial was the transfiguration of the royal power.

"Cette monographie – la première du genre – est une réflexion sur les miniatures hippiatriques grecques, où se demander pour quel usage et comment le lecteur médiéval les « lisait », conduit nécessairement à essayer d’expliciter les rapports complexes qu'entretiennent l'illustration et le texte.
Après une présentation générale de la littérature hippiatrique, l’auteur élucide des questions liées à la composition du Corpus hippiatricorum graecorum. L’intérêt est principalement porté sur les différentes recensions d’un de ses abrégés, l’Épitomé, et sur sa place par rapport au Corpus hippiatricorum. Ainsi est-on amené à mieux discerner l'histoire de ce traité et celle des deux seuls manuscrits illustrés.
Vient ensuite un chapitre consacré à l'étude minutieuse de ces deux témoins, le Leidensus Vossianus graecus Q. 50 et le Parisinus graecus 2244. Paléographie et codicologie s'en mêlent, qui révisent bien des opinions reçues sur l'origine des manuscrits.
Un re-examen des miniatures des deux témoins est alors possible. Par-delà analyses stylistique et iconographique, trop souvent attachées à la quête absolue de l'archétype, l'auteur analyse les rapports texte/image pour établir, en définitive, le modus operandi des imagiers et déterminer les fonctions concrètes pour lesquelles les figures ont été pensées et conçues. De ce regard synchronique découle naturellement une étude sur la façon dont le lecteur médiéval utilisait les images. Les conclusions pratiques se voient donc confrontées aux théories antiques et médiévales sur le rôle de l'image et celui des mots. Ainsi l'image hippiatrique ne saurait être seulement une simple illustration du texte : elle appartient à l'œuvre tout autant.
L’ouvrage s’adresse aux antiquisants et aux médiévistes, historiens de l’art et de la médecine vétérinaire antique et moderne ainsi qu’aux philologues et à quiconque s’intéresse à l’histoire de l’illustration scientifique et des relations entre l’homme et l’animal."

The purpose of this essay is to demonstrate how issues of textual transmission stymied productive discussion at Ferrara-Florence on the doctrine of the filioque and led to a schism within the Greek delegation, which resulted in the signing of a formula of reunion destined to fail. Were it not for the inability of those at the council to assess properly the texts in question due to the state of their transmission, there would likely have been no union, and thus the aftermath of the council—a divisive controversy in the East and a sense of betrayal and embitterment in the West—might have been avoided. The essay will conclude by demonstrating how recent discoveries in the field of textual criticism have put us in a position to reengage the issue more productively than the churches have been able in the past.

Il libro percorre alcuni nodi emblematici nella storia intellettuale del pensiero occidentale, nel tentativo di superare un modello di controllo della circolazione delle idee fondato sulla dialettica univoca censura-censurato. Dal 529 ad Abelardo, dalla condanna di Tempier all'autocensura di Descartes fino all'Encyclopedie e a Kant: nei meccanismi di azione e reazione che queste lotte comportanp, si viene definendo ciò che chiamiamo autore, lettore, editore, pubblico; e quindi censura, autocensura, libertà d'espressione, proprietà intellettuale. Temi che nella postfazione Riccardo Fedriga chiama a raccolta per una riflessione sulle dinamiche contemporanee del controllo dei flussi informativi.

The questions asked here are how did book production develop in terms of the development and evolution of the cultural industry in Brazil? What happens to the preferences of the reading public and why? Do these preferences suggest cultural "advances" or "setbacks"?
In order to try to achieve these goals, we have used three tools:
1. General (unspecified) quantitative data on the Brazilian publishing market: total numbers of titles and copies published and sold per year, sales points, division of these titles etc. (even given the imprecision of data and variations depending on the source used);
2. Data on the best-selling books each year: this is not available for each of the years covered so is used to merely "flag" the dominant themes and concerns in the population that has access to books;
3. Historical and circumstantial data that help to shed light on, focus, and clarify sales' data.

L’exemplaire de Il terzo libro delle lettere du CESR est un in-octavo relié en basane, mutilé des gardes et des trois derniers feuillets, qui présente trois annotations manuscrites sur le contre-plat supérieur.  Une annotation presque illisible en italien se trouve en haut du contre-plat : « Questo libro e di Gir. Pietri » ; elle semble remonter à la fin du XVIIe siècle. Une autre inscription dans la même langue, biffée par la suite, figure plus bas, au sein d’une mention plus articulée...

Resumen:A comienzos de 1777 sale al mercado el "Catalogue d´une belle collection des libres François anciens et modernes" en el que se reúne la colección que el librero de ascendencia franco-alemana, AmandKönig, tenía puestos a la venta en su librería de la ciudad de Estrasburgo en 1776. Con una mentalidad moderna, dado su contenido y estructura, König registra alrededor de 3000 ediciones de libros y publicaciones periódicas francesas (parisinas y de provincia) y centroeuropeas-alemanas, suizas y de los Países Bajos-en su mayoría coetáneas, aunque también hay algunas ediciones de siglos anteriores. Se incluyen libros de todas las materias excepto de física, historia natural, medicina y teología católica porque estas aparecen en otros catálogos anunciados por este editor. Clasificados en 18 secciones temáticas, los impresos son descritos con minuciosidad e incorporan comentarios relativos a su condición de libros raros y curiosos, su posible utilidad o la belleza de su tipografía. Concebido, por tanto, con una mentalidad moderna, este catálogo resulta, además, ser un ejemplar rarísimo en nuestro país, ya que de él solo se conoce únicamente el conservado en la Biblioteca Histórica de la Universidad Complutense. .

Abstract:"The Catalogue d'une belle collection des libres François anciens et modernes", which appears on the market in early 1777, lists the collection which AmandKönig, bookseller of French-German ancestry, had on sale in his bookshop in Strasbourg in 1776. With a modern mindset, visible both in the contents and the structure, König registers approximately three thousand editions of books and periodical publications from France (Paris and provinces) and Central Europe-Germany, Switzerland and the Netherlands-, most of them contemporary, although a few are editions from earlier centuries. There are books on all subjects, with the exception of physics, natural history, medicine and Catholic theology, given that these appear in other catalogues which the publisher advertises. Classified in eighteen thematic sections, the items are described with great detail and with comments on their rarity or curiosity, on their possible utility or on the elegance of the typography. Conceived, as can be seen, with a modern mindset, this catalogue is also an exceedingly rare publication in our country, in that the only known copy is conserved in the Historical Library of the Complutense University.

В статье представлены результаты комплексного филологического исследования рукописного фрагмента, состоящего из 8 пергаменных листов формата in quarto. Фрагмент происходит из бывшей библиотеки соборной гимназии г. Гальберштадта (Германия), а после 1945 г. хранится в коллекции немецких средневековых рукописей и старопечатных фрагментов Научной библиотеки Московского университета (МГУ). Фрагмент содержит тексты четырех проповедей францисканского проповедника XIII в. Бертольда Регенсбургского. Проведенный лингвистический анализ позволяет определить язык рукописи как смешение средненемецких и средненижненемецких (преимущественно эльбостфальского) диалектов и подтвердить гипотезу о создании рукописи в районе Гальберштадта при использовании верхненемецких списков проповедей Бертольда. Предположительное время создания рукописи датируется рубежом XIV-XV в. Далее следует лингвистический анализ текстологически релевантных вариантов Московского списка, благодаря чему становится очевидной его важная роль в рукописной традиции Бертольда Регенсбургского. Статья завершается подробным анализом содержания и композиции всех четырех проповедей.

La monographie de Yulia P. Krylova «Auteur et société en France au Moyen Age Tardif» est consacrée à l’histoire intellectuelle de la France des XIVe et XVe siècles. La question est abordée à travers l’analyse du « Livre du chevalier de La Tour pour l`enseignement de ses filles » (1371-1372), de sa tradition manuscrite, ainsi qu’à travers plusieurs autres textes didactiques. La monographie examine les problèmes de la lecture à la fin du Moyen Âge, de la relation entre l’auteur et ses lecteurs, du processus créatif de l`écrivain et de la popularité des œuvres pédagogiques en général. L’emploi croisé des diverses méthodologies propres aux études médiévales, paléographie, codicologie, philologie, histoire de l'art, permet d’éclairer des aspects importants de l’histoire de la création de l’oeuvre, de sa distribution, ainsi que la réception du «Livre du chevalier de La Tour».

Монография посвящена проблемам интеллектуальной истории, рассматриваемым на примере Франции XIV-XV вв. Она позволит заглянуть в мир позднесредневековых сочинителей и читателей, старинных библиотек и их владельцев – представителей знати этой эпохи. На основе малоизвестной отечественной публике «Книги поучений дочерям» Жоффруа де Ла Тура Ландри (1371–1372), а также ряда других нарративных сочинений, рассматриваются особенности интеллектуальной жизни позднего Средневековья: процесс рождения книги – от замысла автора до воплощения его в жизнь, путь книги к читателю – от первых рукописей до последующих публикаций, взаимоотношения писателя и читателей посредством книги.
«Книга поучений дочерям» неоднократно издавалась, переводилась на иностранные языки, ее читали и цитировали другие авторы. Ее сюжетами вдохновлялись Джеффри Чосер, Маргарита Наваррская и даже Уильям Шекспир. Она сама и рассказ о ее судьбе привлекут внимание широкого круга читателей, интересующихся средневековой историей.

Resumen: Este artículo ofrece un estudio del comercio europeo del libro y de los gustos del público lector a través de la descripción pormenorizada del catálogo de los libros en lengua latina, inglesa, española e italiana que Jean Marie I y Jean Marie II Bruyset, impresores y libreros, tenían puestos a la venta en su establecimiento de Lyon en 1780. Se detalla la clasificación de los fondos por idiomas, haciendo hincapié en la época de las publicaciones, así como las materias de los impresos reseñados. Así mismo se incide, por su particularidad, en las ediciones más significativas y en el grupo de libros en inglés, como muestra del interés de estos libreros por ampliar su negocio y establecer relaciones comerciales con el mercado anglosajón.
Abstract: This article presents a study of the European bookselling trade and the preferences of the readers through a detailed description of the catalogue of the books in Latin, English, Spanish and Italian that were on sale by the printers and booksellers Jean Marie I and Jean Marie II Bruyset. A language classification of the book stock is detailed, emphasasing both the period of publication and the subject of the reviewed prints. Furthermore, due to its singularity, the most significant editions and group of books in English are closely viewed as a sign of the interest these booksellers had in order to expand their business and develop trade relations with the Anglo-Saxon market.

regentó su propia imprenta en Vitoria, en el siglo XVIII, mientras estaba casada con Bartolomé de Riesgo, primer impresor de Vitoria y de Álava. Se recoge su producción conocida hasta el momento, incluido el último impreso aparecido en la Biblioteca de la Universidad Pontificia Comillas de Madrid.
