Starbucks Workers United celebrated a recent decision from an NLRB judge that Starbucks Corp. broke federal labor law hundreds of times in the early stages of the union’s campaign to organize stores.

But as the union’s lawyers fight to prove the company’s violations through National Labor Relations Board litigation, organizers across the US are also locked in a bitter battle to negotiate their first contract.
