3wKerecis is my “go to” for complex Mohs wounds. I recently got it to cover exposed bone(skull) after squamous cell removal with Mohs from occiput. Took 8 applications (done weekly, and sometimes every other week) but patient is now healed and avoided a large flap procedure.
