How to pitch us: Grub Street accepts pitches for features about New York City’s restaurant scene: Profiles, trend investigations, and news reports are all fair game. Please include a sample headline and keep pitches short. Be mindful of pegs — every pitch should answer the question “Why now?” — and please check to make sure we haven’t published a similar story in the past. What we don’t want: Restaurant reviews (we already have a team of critics), stories about specific products or consumer goods (not our thing), or pitches for Grub Street Diets (we’ve got it covered).
