He challenges the bakers to use the jockeys' colorful jerseys as inspiration for cocktail-flavored eclairs. Then, the bakers take a victory lap with judges Duff Goldman, Kardea Brown and Nancy Fuller with carrot desserts that honor the real Derby stars -- the horses.
