Login and stability issues are back again. The app should also NOT sign you out when you minimize it to check something else or simply hit the back button. Bottom line... the app is nearly impossible to use now. It's not fun walking through the clinic, trying to check in, check lan results, or get other information, only to be punted out for no reason. It's time for a new dev team.

App is unusable after last update. I have only been able to successfully log in maybe 4 times. Sometimes it glitches and keeps asking me to log in over and over before locking up my screen. If i do get in, the app will lock up trying to load messages or trying to load the appointment screen. I'm a cancer patient at Mayo and i have used this app daily since 2019. In the past, this app was slow and glitchy and had soooooo many issues that i just hated it. Its so bad now I'm uninstalling it.

The app is absolute garbage. It is very confusing; states you can check in for appointments or schedule them; this function does not work. When it does work, staff have no clue you've checked in, so what is the point? I'm no longer getting reminders for things either. Terrible.
