I use these the first day I got them to make some scotch pies. They worked great. They were nonstick and did use parchment paper on the bottom. Nothing on the sides and they released perfectly there a wonderful size for individual pies. Also used them to make apple pies and come fruit season this for they will get a lot of use. Can’t recommend these highly enough. They are well-made, strong, nonstick and the perfect size

They're nonstick, bake consistently, come with pre-cut parchment paper liners to prevent mess, and release without problems. They wipe clean very easily, and I have had zero problems with these pans.

This pan is a dream for making/cutting and eating cheesecakes, but butter will leak through when in the oven causing smoke to blow from my oven and the occasional flare-up, this is easily resolved with a catch pan underneath. Mind you butter and not batter ever gets through.

Honestly, these things have a decent non-stick coating from what I've seen.
There were some reviews on basically every springform pan that I looked at from every brand saying they leaked, so I filled mine with water and let them sit in the sink. After about ten minutes, the water had gone down a bit, but they were still mostly full.

When baking very runny cheesecake filling a small amount dripped out, so I'd recommend putting a baking sheet under this when you use it (it held water pretty well, so I thought I was safe with something thicker, but the increased heat got me).

Takes a bit of getting used to them to get the bottom seated correctly when reassembling, which I'm guessing contributed to the leaking reviews, but if you try putting them together a few times before actually baking in them, you shouldn't have any issues.

The only reason I'm not giving these five stars is that I ordered them new, so I was a bit surprised when there was a smell of burnt oil when I opened the package. Figured that might just be some coating they were shipped with, and I planned to wash before use anyway, so I finished opening them and started checking them out, only to discover that my largest pan came with cheesecake residue from whomever bought and returned them before they were shipped to me as new. Even though it came used and dirty, I had already planned to wash it, so it was mostly just annoying to receive a used product, but having the residue included did show me that they're very easy to wash, even if something has been sitting in it for a while, and the included pre-cut parchment paper fits them pretty well.
