17 Quick & Easy Spring Dinners

Nice and simple vanilla cupcake! Fluffy, Moist, and tasty :) I did some stuff differently (for 9 yields and 5 servings). I baked for an extra 10 minutes. I don't have any granulated sugar, so I used 1/4 light brown sugar and 1/2 of powdered sugar instead. 2 drops of maple extract (barely taste it) and then dyed it pink. Added 1 tsp of vanilla extract instead of 1/2. The sweetness level is similar to a muffin. If I had actual sugar then it would have probably been sweeter lol.

I recently made this! Turned out great! Only question, is how do I store it?
