In Denver, Colorado, FNG flaunts their rock-and-roll-style cuisine with an elevated take on Gramma's meatloaf, while Little Nonna's in Philadelphia brings the great Italian family tradition of Sunday gravy to the masses. Pecan Lodge in Dallas joins massive stacks of Black Angus brisket and pulled pork on a fluffy bun for a BBQ sandwich as big as Texas itself. Finally, New Orleans Italian-Cajun fusion restaurant Liuzza's serves up a baguette-based muffuletta known as the Frenchuletta.
