We're proud to count the talented Justin Vining among our Liberal Arts alumni!
Alumni artist Justin Vining feels a deep sense of purpose when painting at Indianapolis Motor Speedway, largely because of the nostalgic bonds that spectators build there with friends and family. Meet Vining, who paints each year at the #Indy500, and learn how he came to love the race. https://lnkd.in/g39q429N

Purdue University College of Liberal Arts reposted this
This past week, I graduated with a BS in Psychology from Purdue University College of Health and Human Sciences and a BA in Political Science plus a minor in Spanish from Purdue University College of Liberal Arts. I am lucky to be the first in my family to do so! The past four years have been incredibly impactful on my young adult career, and I will cherish the memories I have made at Purdue University for as long as I live. I look forward to living and working in D.C. this summer as a policy and congressional intern with the Congressional Coalition on Adoption Institute. I am extremely fortunate to be working on changing federal child welfare policy to advocate for more autonomy in permanency for older youth in foster care. Here is a heartfelt thank you to everyone who has been part of my life during undergrad and supported my endeavors. Best of luck to all of my fellow graduates.

Elevating the visibility of research for academic books, monographs, and high-impact review papers, the Purdue Office of the Vice President for Research and Partnerships (OEVPRP) has awarded seed funding for these 15 authors' work. Each recipient earned funding for both the College of Liberal Arts and their specific departments. Well done and congratulations, all!
