17 Quick & Easy Spring Dinners

This bread came out soft, but crumbly and it caved in in the middle. Followed recipe exactly...what went wrong?

Added 1 package of onion soup dry mix. Baked in marinara sauce for extra flavor and sauce.

The recipe is great but don’t go by the picture on this website. I made these cookies and they spread a LOT! They are tasty, very gingery (is that a word?), crispy edge and soft center but very flat. I looked up the recipe from LCBO Holiday 2003 and mine are just like the photo from that site. I used a #40 scoop and could fit no more than 9 on a cookie sheet.
