Someone recommmended it to me saying there was all kinds of new information in it, but it was mostlhy the basics as far as I could tell. If your new to having a cat, this is great, but if you've had cats for years you might not find much new information in here. I donated to our local cat shelter to give away to someone adopting a cat for the first time.
