The units are immaculate, beautiful with a simple buffet breakfast in the lobby.

We really enjoyed being here. It was huge, well-appointed and with big bed. This high-class hotel had a central setting close to venetion mall.

The hotel was situated in the central location to shuttle bus main stop. The pool was great and I had welcome drinks in the lounge bar.

Every time in Macau, I choose this place. Wonderful fairly clean property, it has really kind staff in coffee shop-service. The breakfast options are excellent with fresh ingredients and beans, for example. The hotel's location is great and easy and minutes away from a ferry port: D

The location was peaceful and perfect, to almost other main casino with easy access to shopping centres and convenience stores. Cotai district was worth exploring.

This was an excellent stay on vacation. The location was good - an easy walk to everywhere we wanted to go. It was located in a central area close to also Wynn Palace, Parisian, and the Venetian, a good base for us.

Everything was simply really good. Got a fresh made breakfast included. The room was brand-new and tastefully decorated with a minibar, satellite television and climate control.

They serve delicious breakfasts for all tastes with fresh ingredients and beans. The location is perfect as it's very close to tourist spots like the Ruin of St Paul, other Hotel, Airport and Ferry terminal and airport.

The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and our room was ready even though we arrived late. We were pleasantly surprised to be offered a complimentary drink voucher while waiting. The staff were helpful and friendly, making sure we had a comfortable stay. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with great views of the Cotai strip at night. I would recommend this hotel for its convenient location and excellent service.

It was top-class and spotless hotel, exactly as described, with responsive staff and strategic location to Taipa centre. The atmosphere created was contemporary. Location: the venue was close enough to Venetian casinos, and Macau around 11:00am.

The hotel was what I really enjoyed during the trip. The breakfast offered a great selection of outstanding meals. It was a joy spending time in the brand-new room with double sized beds, the Venetian view and bathroom. The staff were top-class and made me feel welcome. The service was good and the pool was excellent.

The staff - some of them were not very helpful.

This hotel truly exceeded my expectations. the spacious and clean rooms with full-length glass windows offered breathtaking views of the city at night. Secondly, the staff, including the housekeeping and concierge, were incredibly friendly and helpful, which made my stay even more enjoyable. Lastly, the location near the airport and the free shuttle service made it extremely convenient for me to explore the area without any hassle.

All in all, I must say that everything was just perfect.
