Liked how special and good standard the property was and its exceptionally attentive staff in assisting us many ways. They provided an enormous and fine breakfast with a Nespresso coffee machine and fresh juices, for instance.

We were upgraded from a deluxe queen room which we booked, to a suite on the 25th floor. A special thank you to the Asst Chief Concierge Mr Herbert Leong who personally saw to our checking in process and offered us the upgrade. Before my arrival, he even took the trouble to correspond with me via email to offer his assistance on transportation, the dancing water show and restaurant booking etc. This service standard is the highest I have ever experienced among Hilton hotels that I have stayed in the past. The hotel's attention to details in the room was impeccable. The hotel staff were very gracious, always ready with a smile and greeting for the guests and offering their assistance. We were truly impressed with the gracious service. The room had an excellent view of the city and it was very comfortable and clean. We had a truly enjoyable 4 day stay and would like to congratulate the hotel for achieving a high standard for guest comfort.

Thank you for an excellent stay. Reasonably clean hotel, facilities are beautiful, and the location is great close to all the biggest casinos. The venue provides a top-notch service. So, it has free Wi-Fi throughout the property.

From the moment we arrived the extremely gracious staff made us feel welcomed. Our room was functional and fashionable, it had down pillows and hypo-allergenic pillows. The bed was extremely comfy, and it was convenient to have a microwave oven, an electric kettle, and a fridge.

I was amazed by the size and cleanliness of the room at Conrad. The night view was absolutely breathtaking. We also received excellent service from Isaac at Reception, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. The free bus shuttle service to the airport and ferry terminal was convenient, just remember to check the timings with the front desk. I had an amazing experience and would definitely love to stay here again!
