Beautiful and tidy rooms with balconies, which was a nice touch! The service was great and they even had parking nearby. 🌟

Truly enjoyed staying at the hotel. The hotel was clean and terrific. The location was great, extremely close to the sanctuary. Booked an outstanding and reasonably spacious room with balconies on both streets. The room had a very rich 19th Century style and included a coffee table. The staff was really accommodating and provided attentive services. They also helped with public parking. Had a great stay at the Grand Hotel Moderne.

The superior queen room here is excellent and comes with balconies facing both streets, creating an elegant atmosphere.

We loved our stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel! The location couldn't be beat - just a short walk to the famous religious site and the cathedral. The staff here were amazing - extremely friendly and helpful. They provided excellent service and made us feel right at home. The room was spacious, clean, and had great amenities such as air conditioning and free Wi-Fi. The restaurant on-site was wonderful, with a delicious menu and a friendly atmosphere. this place exceeded our expectations and we would highly recommend it to our family and friends.

Fabulous location for visiting the shrine and the grotto.

It has an excellent location next to the Lourdes Sanctuary. staff is very friendly, at the first contact they give confidence, they explain in a calm way all the religious activities of the Shrine and different meeting points of the pilgrims. hotel corridors have light colors, well illuminated (I had not noticed this and I do not care, my wife tells me that some hotel corridors are narrow, with dark colors on the walls and carpets and dim lights, cause claustrophobia). Wide room, with everything necessary, good beds, balcony to the street but with good soundproofing. common spaces are nice, with wood decoration, restaurant is correct. Modern it is not, if it is a Great, great hotel, magnificent quality/price ratio, since it is in France, another hotel of similar characteristics in Paris would cost three times as much. I wish hotels in Paris would be like this one!

The rooms here are pretty spacious and nice, with beds that are like sleeping on clouds. Plus, there's a charming balcony to enjoy and big windows that let in lots of light. 🌞

We loved our stay at the charming hotel in the heart of a beautiful town. The room was comfortable, clean, and had a stunning view. The restaurant provided delicious meals and the staff were friendly and helpful. we highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay.

We had a wonderful stay with great service and friendly staff who spoke various languages, accommodating our allergy needs. The hotel is centrally located near Lourdes activities, transportation, and the Sanctuary. The room service was efficient and the hotel facilities were well-maintained.

We liked the location of the hotel. The hotel was very near the entrance to the Our Lady of Lourdes Basilica. Our room also had a balcony which the kids enjoyed.

This is the 15 times I am in lourdes, and have been staying in so many hotel, and I find, this is the best hotel I've stay in lourdes. Especially the location, it's so close to grotto, ( as I like to go in and out to Grotto and always go to the grotto at night, so I must find the hotel nearest to grotto) the room is so nice and clean, and the staff is so friendly, will definately recommend to my friend and will be my hotel for the next visit on september. And next,next time,when I come to lourdes again. Thank you.
