Doors too heavy and therefore loud.I could hear them slamming when my neighbors were closing their doors.Also, the cleaning service. When I am paying $600 a night for a room, I sure do not want to hear them clanging dishes and slamming doors in the hallway.

The location is fantastic, close to a great restaurant, and just a 15-minute walk from Back Bay subway station. the room was exceptional, with amazing comfort and lovely details like rose petals, a walk-in closet, and views of Cambridge, just like they advertised.

The hotel is conveniently located near almost everything in downtown, right next to the Prudential shopping area. There are many shops and restaurants within walking distance, making it a great location for exploring the city. The rooms are spacious and beautiful, with comfortable beds ensuring a great night's sleep. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, providing exceptional service. The hotel also offers a delicious restaurant with outstanding food and drinks.
The only downside is that the spa was not visited during the stay, so unable to comment on its quality.
