Protecting the personal data of users and customers is of the highest priority for AddApptr. The data protection policy of AddApptr is in accordance with the legal stipulations of the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG), the German Teleservices Act and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). This data protection policy details which data is processed by AddApptr on this website and how this data is used.

Data is transferred to other countries outside the European Union. This is done on the basis of legally stipulated contractual regulations which are intended to ensure appropriate protection of your data and which are available to you on request.

You have, occasionally under certain requirements, the right to

  • request information on the processing of your data,

  • rectify your data,

  • have your data deleted or blocked,

  • limit the processing of your data,

  • receive your data in a portable format and share this with a third party,

  • file a complaint with the authority responsible against undue data processing. The authority responsible in the Hamburg Officer of Data Protection and Freedom of Information (HmbBfDI).

Unless specifically stipulated upon collection, provision of data is not required or obligatory.

Email Newsletter

Your email address will be used to send you our newsletter regularly, provided you have consented in accordance with Art. 6(1)(1) GDPR. An email address must be provided to which the newsletter can be sent. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time, either by sending a message to the contacts listed above or by clicking the unsubscribe link in the newsletter.

Automatic storage of access data

Each time a user accesses the AddApptr website, the access data is automatically stored in a protocol file. This is general information such as the page from which the file was accessed, the name of the file that was accessed, time and date at which it was accessed, the volume of data that was transferred, the protocol that was used as well as information sent by the browser about the browser or the operating system.

This general information is anonymized, meaning it is not stored together with personal data AddApptr may have and is also not combined with this data in any other way. It is analyzed solely for statistical purposes and used to improve the content and functionality of the website. This data is not transferred to third parties for other commercial or non-commercial purposes. The access data is stored in the protocol file for a maximum of four weeks.

Contact form

The contact form on our website is a quick and easy way to contact us. Some of the fields are mandatory so that contact is possible. By filling in these fields and clicking “Send,” you consent to have this data sent to us by email with your message. The data is not stored on the web server.

Cookies

This website also uses cookies. A cookie is a text file with an identification number that is sent to the user’s computer together with the other data that was requested. The file is saved there for access at a later date and is used to authenticate the user.

As cookies are simple files and not executable programs, they do not present a danger to your computer. Cookies do not contain any personal data, so your privacy is protected. Depending on the settings of user’s internet browser, it may accept cookies automatically. This setting can be changed, and the storage of cookies can be deactivated or set so that the user is notified when a cookie is sent. If the use of cookies is deactivated, it may prevent some website features from working or these may be limited.

The AddApptr website uses temporary “session cookies,” which are only valid for one session and are deleted automatically when the browser is closed. AddApptr occasionally also links to other websites, which may also use cookies.
