If you feel that the Department of Justice Canada has infringed (violated) or denied any of your rights under the Canadian Victims Bill of Rights (CVBR), you may file a complaint.

Canadians expect that all who participate in the development and application of public policy, law and regulations, act in a manner that demonstrates respect for Canada’s democratic institutions.

Lobbyists are subject to the principles and rules of the Lobbying Act and the Lobbyist’s Code of Conduct.

When dealing with employees of the Department of Justice, lobbyists must comply with the principles and rules of the Lobbyist’s Code of Conduct and Lobbying Act as well as familiarize themselves with the Values and Ethics Code of the Department of Justice to ensure that, at all times, their actions do not put a Department of Justice employee in a position of conflict of interest or compromise their integrity.
