"It's like a dance. It’s beautiful.” That’s how Fitim, supervisor of Supply Chain Invasive, describes his job preparing operating rooms for surgeries. “How everyone interacts and communicates with each other, and everyone knows exactly what to do at the right time, it’s quite beautiful how it all works out." Despite the beauty of how his team works together, Fitim learned quite a lot during Foundations of Leadership, a year-long program that offers training, resources and mentorship opportunities to new leaders at Children’s Wisconsin. “This program taught me new ways to build trust within my team, how to have meaningful conversions with employees, and the importance of recognizing each individual's preferences for acknowledgement,” he said. “This is such a great resource.” Do you want to work at an organization that truly cares about its employees and is committed to helping them grow and succeed?
