A bittersweet close to one chapter of our work in partnership with Chelsea Football Club In May ‘23, the club entrusted SOLVE with their ‘Respect and Inclusion’ Initiative. Alongside my right-hand man, Daniel Belgrave, we embarked on a mission to deliver transformative training to over 800 staff. From the heart of Stamford Bridge to the Cobham Training Ground, we took the club on a journey into self-exploration and culture shifting, all with a therapeutic twist. The journey introduced us to some incredible people, extending the love and trust the club has shown me since 2020 to the wider SOLVE family and our critical friends. As this chapter comes to a close, I’m hit with mixed emotions, but grateful for the sick run we’ve had. A massive shoutout to the safeguarding team (Eva Bari) for cracking open the door, to learning and development dpt for investing in our vision, and to the crew - Susan Fu, Rodnette, Ann Coleman, and the stellar hotel/reception team for making each stay top-tier. Though this particular journey ends, I’m looking forward to being back with the players throughout the rest of the season. 👊🏿❤️
