The staff are impeccably trained and incredibly helpful, they keep the place clean.

Great service, the breakfast was extensive and very satisfying and they have private parking if needed. I liked my room - big size and huge with good views. The atmosphere of the hotel is perfect.

Location: the property was near to Cotai Strip, the Venetian and other casinos and the restaurant and shop. Furthermore, near by-like a convenience store. Excellent food in the authentic restaurant was the best part.

The location for Macau was excellent, just next door to water fountain, island and the Venetian and other casinos. The staff were impeccably trained and provided excellent service.

The location was perfect, within walking distance to the Cotai Strip and other hotels, and the staff treated us with exceptional care and attention, especially Olive who went above and beyond to help us when my daughter fell ill.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, modern and immaculately clean. The hotel facilities were top-notch, including the extraordinary big and luxurious bathroom. The staff, especially Jenny, provided excellent and attentive service, always ready to help when needed. We also enjoyed the unlimited access to the Skycab and the addictive fountain show, which we watched from the cable car that travels above the fountains. The free shuttle bus service was convenient and connected us to various attractions in the city. this hotel provided a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

No transportation to attractions was a small annoyance. However, the hotel did offer some shuttle lines for convenience.

the hotel was wonderful, and clean, and the location was magnificent and particularly good in cable car. i truly enjoyed the room with view to the resort, the bed was exceptionally comfortable. the food in the restaurant was fantastic. location: the venue was really close to cotai strip & other hotels, musical fountains and the venetian and other casinos.

The rooms were large and elegant, equipped with the newest technology. The breakfast was worth the price. The staff, especially Zteve and Jai, were incredibly helpful and provided excellent recommendations. The casino was superb and the hotel itself oozed extreme luxury. The restaurants, pool, and cable ride were all fantastic. The hotel paid attention to small details, such as the bathrobes and slippers, and provided welcome gifts in the room. The convention and events rooms were elegantly decorated with Chinese antiques and flowers.

During my recent stay, I was blown away by the luxurious bedrooms at Wynn Palace. The spaciousness, design, and comfort were like nothing I had ever experienced before. The attention to detail was impeccable, and I felt like I was staying in a palace. The breathtaking view of the Cotai hotels from my room was the cherry on top. I have traveled extensively, but this bedroom surpassed all others, even in renowned destinations like Las Vegas, New York, London. The hotel truly excels in providing a top-notch experience for families, with excellent amenities like a beautiful swimming pool and a cable car. The fountain light show was a visual extravaganza with its synchronized water sequences, music, and mesmerizing lights. The customer service at Café Fontana was outstanding, and I enjoyed delicious meals in a serene lakefront location. The flower decorations throughout the hotel were a testament to the hotel's commitment to detail and beauty. I had an exceptional stay at Wynn Palace and would highly recommend it.

Our room was well-equipped with smart-home control, making it seem like we were in a futuristic paradise. The staff gave us complimentary treats by the pool and were friendly and helpful. Breakfast at Fontana offered a wide range of delicious dishes, and the restaurants on-site were amazing.

There were some issues with the dress code, and we were unsure if casual dress was acceptable in the casino area.
