[css-sizing-3][css-sizing-4][css-grid-1][css-flexbox-1] Align aspect ratio terminology. #4962

With the aspect-ratio property, boxes without an intrinsic aspect ratio can have a preferred aspect ratio. Need to clean up terminology around this throughout our specs.
