Zusammenfassung
Dieses Kapitel thematisiert, wie Organisationsstrukturen Verhalten beeinflussen und umgekehrt, welchen Einfluss das Verhalten von Mitarbeitern auf die Strukturen von Organisationen hat. Die Integration von Individuum und Organisation ist ein Kernproblem moderner Organisationsgestaltung, bei der Fragen nach Motivation und einer bedürfnisgerechten Organisationsgestaltung im Mittelpunkt stehen. Die Frage, wie Strukturen zu gestalten sind, um die Motivation von Mitarbeitern optimal zu befördern steht daher im Kern dieses Kapitels.
