Zusammenfassung

Full-Range-Leadership zählt zum gegenwärtig bedeutsamsten und einflussreichsten Führungsmodell. Das Model setzt sich aus drei zentralen Dimensionen des Führungsverhaltens zusammen: transformationale Führung, transaktionale Führung und Laissez-faire-Führung. Als Verbindungselemente zwischen transformationaler und transaktionaler Führung werden die organisationale Vision und die operativen Ziele eingeführt, die wesentlich auf der Theorie des Goal Settings aufbauen. Der aktuelle Forschungsstand zum Full-Range-Leadership und die verschiedenen Messmethoden werden dargestellt. Das Kapitel schliesst mit Überlegungen, die sich auf die Substitution der Führung und das Training von Full-Range-Leadership beziehen.
