There are ten business parks / industrial estates throughout the Burnley and Padiham area. These range from modern business parks, Shuttleworth Mead and Network 65, both with excellent motorway links, to more established Industrial Estates, Rossendale Road and Heasandford which are home to some well known household brands including Warburtons, Ewbank and Veka.

Heasandford Industrial Estate is another well-established site approximately 1 mile North-East of Burnley town centre.  The industrial estate is a hub for the Aerospace industry and is also home to the former Michelin complex, recently acquired by the NWDA for future development.  The site is also currently being expanded towards the top of Widow Hill Road, with some 13 Acres due to be developed this year. 

Heasandford is also home to the Lancashire Digital Technology Centre, a flagship business incubation and technology facility.
