He does, however, say he wants to continue editing the articles he has been editing as they are merely translations of articles he's already written for the Portuguese Wikipedia, where (based on running his user talk page through Google Translate) he seems to be in good standing. :To be honest, not too happy with it. The old username "Sistema Firjan" (''Firjan System'') is the same he has in Portuguese. I do read fluent Portuguese and checked his originals when he made the translations. Although the new proposed name "Luis at ..." is acceptable, his continued COI is suspect. The original articles in PT and the ones in EN.WP reek of spam to me as he keeps talking about how his Federation (FIRJAN) is involved at the State and National level in Brazil on this and that. Clear [[WP:COI|COI]]. It is up to you.
