PROS: OpenDrive can sync, store, backup, and retrieve files in a safe, encrypted environment. This makes collaboration work easier as everyone can make comments and needed modifications on a file, and this, without us having to worry over security issues. This makes OpenDrive also serving as a project management solution. It has very useful Sticky Notes which is accessible to all within our team and we use it to provide updates or ask someone for assistance.

CONS: It would be great if OpenDrive upgrades its individual plan with a file versioning feature. But even without that, we'll continue sticking with OpenDrive.

PROS: OpenDrive surpassed expectations on every count: user-friendliness, speed, security, and configuration. I also love that their plans are so affordable and the selection is wide. So we don't have to pay for features and space that we won't be needing anyway. Customer service was also extremely helpful, showing expertise on matters at hand.

CONS: While it is generally affordable, I think it can still do better in its price points.

PROS: OpenDrive is a cloud-hosted platform which we can access anywhere, either via personal computer or mobile device. The sharing is easy and can be done in multiple ways, either through email sharing or by just sending the link to the file. We can also set who can access these files. The multiple sharing may be one of the biggest benefits we have realized as this feature allows me and my collegues to collaboratively work on files in real-time.

CONS: OpenDrive is confronted with a competition that gets tighter in each day. This would definitely compel even customers like me, who enjoyed the software, to find a new and more advanced backup tool.

PROS: I have nothing but praise for OpenDrive! From the ease of use to the security measures adopted in the transferring of each file, I am more than satisfied. The centralization of all files allows me and my colleagues to access all needed files in one basket and just a few clicks. It also offers a wide variety of packages, each tailored to a group's specific needs. This will ensure that you will only pay for what you use, nothing more, nothing less.

CONS: Allowing more room for personalization of the interface will make me happier than I already am.

PROS: The first source of my attraction to the software is the very neat design. This makes it extremely straightforward to use. The interface also allows for personalization. Beyond the design, what kept me a loyal client of OpenDrive is its affordable package plans. Each are extremely affordable considering the relatively massive storage space each has to offer.

CONS: It would be even better if it had a mecahnism that squeezes in files to occupy less storage.

PROS: The platform is easy to use as design is made simple. We also use just one login account so that eradicates confusion. We can store, sync, share, and collaborate on either computer or mobile device.

CONS: Although interface is clean, I think a little modern touch can help the interface look better. I also hope it could add more basic features like calendar for planning, contact storage, etc.

CONS: There are instances when it would slow down even if the backup does not involve too many files. But this could be because of slow internet connection.

PROS: There are three things that OpenDrive made effortless to do: managing data, planning tasks which you can set and schedule, and smoothening out the work flow for collaborative work through the real-time sharing and editing of files. All these contribute to improving our teamwork as it also serves as a communication channel with the sticky notes where you can seek help from colleagues or simply provide updates on your work.

CONS: The mobile version can be faulty at times. We had encountered some annoying incidents in the past, like when the site, no matter where we click on, was only showing its trashbin. And to think I had no intention to go to the bin.
