sending funds was never easier

excellent rate, better than anywhere else at least in that moment. In a process of transferring funds from my account to Xe.com there was a little technical problem. called Xe.com help service answered straight away and resolve in 3 minute. From beginning of all until fund reach my desire destination, 3 hours passes. So whole process took 3 hours which maske me more than happy. Use them before and will use them in future for shure.

Exchange rate and speed of execution is the strenght point.

Money transfer is very fast 80% of the time (from credit card to bank account). It depends on the amount transferred and the day of the week on which the amount is transferred. For example, for amounts under 1,000 euros it takes 15-20 minutes for amounts above 1,300 euros three days without taking into account that the receiving bank always takes at least 10 euros in expenses. However, the exchange rate is always excellent as is the assistance. I have been using this application every month for years and only two or three times have I had to wait the fateful 4 days for it to be credited to my current account.

Thoroughly recommend!

After a terrible experience with Santander bank, XE came in and saved the day. Quick, easy to deal with plus a competitive rate. Toby, our account manager, provided fantastic service. Thoroughly recommend them.

Canadian experience

Canadian experience. Used for conversion from USD and EUR to CAD and back using bank accounts. Good rates, maybe not the best, but good enough. Excellent service, interface, timing, very convenient. Will use again.

Very limited information on money and poor support

Very limited information on money transfer and I kept getting emails that I had action to be taken as XE was still waiting for the funds to be transferred and that I should do it before end of 30 days. Ironically, XE informas that it may take several days for the mto receive the funds, then why send me emails every freaking day advising me that I still have pending transfer?

So I gave support a call, and they are the worst support I ever had to deal with. DId not give a rat's a$$ about it.

I used this company recently to send…

I used this company recently to send money to Trinidad and Tobago the money was delivered after 72 hours!
This long late delivery was unacceptable!
The recipient’s bank then charged $100 TT dollars out of the money sent by XE
Although I had paid the charges directly to XE
Unsure about using this company again

The website couldn't have been easier…

The website couldn't have been easier to use, with plenty of information and opportunities to correct mistakes.
Then information on the progress of the transfer of funds was Impressive. Finally the money arrived in my account in France remarkably quickly.
I was very impressed.

Overnight transfer at weekend.

Transfer from Netherlands account in Euros to UK account in GBP. Instruction given 4pm Saturday. Pounds arrived in UK account by 9am Sunday morning. You can't do better than that!

I use the money transfer service from XE. The service is usually good and reliable and quite often provides the best conversion rate. I usually try to transfer money in advance, so go with lower fee options and longer timeline. However, I've had one or two instances where the transfer took a lot longer than estimated timeline provided. But with good rates and

Sending money by EFT is a little slower than other payment methods. This is because we need to receive your money before we can transfer it to your recipient and it can take up to 4 working days to arrive with us.

Once we’ve received your money, your recipient should receive it within 1-4 working days.

Has been good in the past but badly let down when it matters.

Had been sending regular payments to the same family member recipient for at least 3 years to give family support. On the whole previous service has been very good. On this most recent occasion however we sent a larger amount as we were visiting and decided it would be simpler to use this service to transfer our vacation spending money, rather than use rip-off bureaux de change offices.

Big mistake!!! 5 days after arrival, still no access to our funds. Delay after delay with stupid requests for “more information” ! This for a transaction to a recipient we have been sending funds for years.

Good service in the past for previous payments but have been badly let down and inconvenienced almost to the point of genuine hardship on this occasion.

Reliable and efficient, but could improve.

This platform is very reliable. I've never had any issues sending money. However, I wish the transfer could be processed within hours as sometimes I have to wait one or two days. I guess if you need to send the money for an emergency, this wouldn't be the best platform. Otherwise, I am very happy with the service.

The money sent takes more than 3…

The money sent takes more than 3 business days. Most times it will be more than 5 business days so that is very annoying. Money leaves my bank account the second of the transaction but the recipient doesn’t get it for another 5 days. Why is there so much delay !!
