With 18 games in its 15-year history, including Imperishable Night in 2004, the Touhou project is a series of doujin (fan-made) shooters. What is even more remarkable is that all of the games in the series were created by one individual - an enigmatic developer known only as "ZUN", who handles all aspects of game creation, including artwork, scripting and music duties.
