So yeah ... basically the title.
I wrote my application with ChatGPT. I used ChatGPT to prepare for the interview and even made an entire presentation for a topic I never heard about mostly using ChatGPT.
I have a masters degree in mechanical engineering and while not exactly qualified I have a decent knowledge off the position but I doubt that I would have been abled to secure this job without ChatGPT.
I spent $24 or something on a month of ChatGPT and netted a $1500 raise starting in October.
This has been the best investment of my life.
I am also pretty sure I will keep using the LLM to prepare for the job and do the job at least until I learned the ropes.

How do you keep making your users happy at this stage?
I’m getting a lot of “I’ll just use my brain instead” “I don’t get the point.” And just general annoyance when I mention I use it.

Times I've mentioned I use ChatGPT, I get responses like this:
"Can this wait until after the funeral?"
"If you come to my house again, I'm getting a restraining order."
"That's fine, sir, but you're on trial for vehicular manslaughter. I need you to enter a plea."
I feel like I'm interacting with a bunch of Luddites. How would you guys respond to this?
