A distributing video has been revealed of an incident in which a trans-identifying male ran over a man with a car, kissed the man's body, and then stabbed him multiple times.

The suspect, identified as 20-year-old Karon Fisher, reportedly a trans-identified male, was captured on video engaging in a series of violent actions against the victim, Steven Anderson.

The incident unfolded as Anderson was innocently retrieving mail in his neighborhood when a vehicle, reportedly driven by Fisher, recklessly sped down the road, appearing to target Anderson intentionally.

The car was then seen reversing to hit Anderson a second time. Following the attack, Fischer returned to the scene, flipped over Anderson’s body to kiss him, then stabbed him nine times.

Dressed in a black bra and high-waisted shorts, Fisher's actions left witnesses horrified as they watched the unfolding tragedy.

“It’s very disturbing. I have kids here; they could have been out here playing, and imagine them,” said one neighbor witness, according to Eyewitness News

“Broad daylight. People around every time and it happened right under our noses,” said another witness.

Attempting to flee the scene, Fisher reportedly tried to enter another vehicle before ultimately departing on foot.

Following the incident, Fisher was apprehended by authorities and now faces a slew of serious charges, including murder, evading arrest with a vehicle, and assaulting hospital personnel.

Fisher was also revealed to have been on community supervision for evading arrest in a separate incident in 2023. In 2021, Fisher was arrested for prostitution, but the charges were dropped.
