The Most Motivating and Inspirational Movies?
For me it's these films:
Jiro Dreams of Sushi – To think about my career 40 years from now
Midnight in Paris – It brought literature to life, made me want to read, and made me want to write
Charlie Bartlett – Made me want to make everyone my friend and stop judging people
Endless Summer – Made me realize I could take off, or do anything I wanted, life follow the summer around the world
Requiem for a dream – I didn't know art and movies could be so powerfully moving
There is a stunning lack of conversation online about the movies that changed people's lives. I'm looking for movies that unwittingly – or, heck, wittingly – make a person stop, make a change, begin to work, awaken something deep.
What movies did that for you and how?
