What TV show is most realistic?

I remember watching ER, years ago, and a relative who works in the ER said this is not realistic at all. I had not really thought about that before, thinking that of course it's not realistic because it's TV. But even TV shows can be more or less realistic. For instance, some have consultants and do very good research to make sure the show does not come across as fake. Of course, if a person is not in the profession the show portrays, they may not be able to tell the difference.

Anyhow, in your opinion, what TV show or shows are most realistic?
