    Nice bottle but has quality issues.PROSNice shape and sizeLooks cool and keeps stuff hot or cold for many hours (as do all double walled steel bottles)CONSThe inside of the lid is made from thin soft plastic, not sure how long it will lastThe thin coat of paint chips easilyI left the bottle in my car's bottle holder during a hot (~90) day, and the following morning a bunch of paint just peeled off the bottom and onto the rubber padding of the cup holder. Have had several similar bottles and have never seen this happen before. Maybe mine's a dud, but judging from the very thin coat of paint, this is likely a common issue.UPDATE: Was contacted by Ezi support who offered me a full refund or replacement, and quickly processed it. So the customer service is great if you do have issues with the item.

    Update 11.25.14: Ezisoul is listening to its customers!!! They read my review and promptly sent me a replacement water bottle. (I must have gotten a bad product the first time.) I have redone the "keep drinks hot" tests with the replacement and am glad to report that at minimum, my hot coffee stayed very hot after 5 hours. That's when I opened the bottle and did a quick check! I quickly closed it and tested after about 10 hours and it was still very warm, a bit cooler than I like my coffee, but certainly still within the acceptable heat temperature. After 12 hours the coffee was warm but not as warm as I would wanted. Then again, as mentioned, I really do love hot hot coffee. I will do one more test of 12 hours without opening it at all and see how hot the boiling water I'll use stays--but wanted to post this revised review for those who might be considering this as a holiday present for someone.

    I didn't do any cold drink tests; seems the product has been well documented as working very well in that category. Maybe I'll try one in the heat of the Las Vegas summer next July!

    In summary: Ezisoul was so responsive! Great customer service. The product is excellent; oh, and the outside is very smooth and well shaped and will easily fit in a vest, backpack, gym bag, etc. Love the blue color. It doesn't have a cup, so if you like really hot drinks as I do, be sure to take along something to pour them into or you'll burn your mouth! Shouldn't be a problem for cold drinks, of course. Only con I can think of is: I think the price is a tad high but not so high as to knock off a star.

    Works as stated: I use this bottle at my bedside, and it keeps water cool all night. The stainless steel leaves no after taste.The cap seals tightly, and I haven't noticed any leakage. You can barely feel any warmth on the outside of this bottle after you fill it with hot liquid. It feels cooler outside when filled with a cold beverage. Nice tall outline. The color is a bit lighter than the bottle in the Amazon ad, but it's a nice sky blue. Follow the instructions, and wash well before use. With care it should last for many years. It appears to be well engineered. The cap fits tightly with a silicone seal inside. It twist on and off easily. It appears to be the perfect size for most cup holders, and it fits in the mesh holder in my messenger bag. I wouldn't hesitate to give this bottle as a gift.

    My daughter wanted one from the other, more trendy, brand. I was looking to save a few bucks on bottles for the rest of us.
    These are certainly not cheap, either by cost or in construction. But, they were 2/3s the price of the trendy one and seem to work every bit as well. After a long hike on a hot day here in SoCal, my son and I found that the ice cubes I had put in the bottles were still there, the water was therefore still ice-cold, and there was no sweating on the bottle. In fact, the bottle was barely cold to touch (consistent with the low heat transfer expected for what is essentially a Dewar flask).
    So, very effective, lightweight, nice form factor. I love them. Why only 4 stars: well, the paint will not last. It's not a big deal. But, it is already flaking off around the base. I ordered a couple more in the non-painted stainless steel.

    Better than my earlier purchase of a vacuum insulated bottle (though both perform extremely well at keeping contents cool in the hot sun on my bike rides.) The design of the exterior of the bottle itself is esthetically pleasing and the top is better designed for insulating at the very top of the bottle (my other model is wider mouthed and has a plastic top that allows a little heat transfer at the top.) The only downside is that there is no sport-type drinking nozzle like on my other model - but that isn't a deal killer for me since those nozzles are often more of a distraction than anything else.

    But even more impressive is how it performs with Coke or other carbonated drinks. Other bottles I've used I've gotten used to holding the bottle away from myself and other while opening to avoid the inevitable sugar-shower explosion. The top on this design deftly releases the pressure when I open the top WITH CARE. So long as I open it carefully it never releases out of the bottle - just makes some sound indicative of the built-up pressure releasing in a controlled manner! Now that's cool (pun intended!)

    This bottle is amazing at keeping water (with or without ice) cold for an extremely long period of time. I haven't used the bottle for anything hot yet, but clearly is has a superior mechanism for retaining temperature. If I put ice water into this in the morning, it is STILL not only ice cold but has ice IN IT.

    I only have one negative: I wish it were a little bigger. The picture displayed with the woman makes it look much bigger than it is. I realize it tells you the size in ounces, but I guess I allowed the visual advertising to "sucker" me. That woman must be tiny, because this bottle is about the size (height-wize) of a glass soda bottle. Still an awesome product, and clearly the slight surprise at it being smaller than I expected didn't affect my number of stars. So you have to fill it more often if you are drinking a lot of water during the day? The temp factor alone deserves five stars and the look and feel and---this was huge for me: no sweating. At all. No condensation forms on this bottle. The only drips of water you'll see are ones that you put there when filling it!

    It's got contemporary cool looks and shiny metal feel (with good gription). I will say this, too: if you drop it or bang it against something, the blue paint scratches easily (if that matters to you).

    This is a brilliant piece of kit. Granted it seems like an expensive outlay for a water bottle but in comparison to paying for fresh plastic bottles of water it soon makes up the initial upfront cost.

    I always crave cold water and unfortunately end up paying for water for shops/supermarkets straight from the fridge. The ability to load this bottle up with ice and keep it cold for hours is exactly what I purchased it for.

    As stated the outside doesn't sweat even when it's loaded up with ice, the top is wide enough to fit ice cubes down the neck with a little persuasion and it should make cleaning infinitely simpler too. Should fit in all standard cup holders.
