تعمل سلفة عبر تطبيقها الذكي والمتوافقة عملياتها مع أحكام الشريعة الإسلامية على تقديم خدماتها للتمويل الطارئ والسريع على مدار الساعة للأفراد في جميع أنحاء مدن وقرى المملكة العربية السعودية ـ بحيث تقدم مبالغ فورية صغيرة تتراوح تتراوح ما بين 1,000 ريال إلى 25,000 ريال- وفترة سداد تتراوح تصل إلى 18 شهر، تساعد الأفراد على تلبية وإتمام احتياجاتهم الطارئة والمستعجلة. نستخدم التكنولوجيا المالية لغرض تطوير الخدمات المالية وتسهيل التعاملات وسرعة اتخاذ القرار، بالإضافة إلى إمكان وتحسين الخدمات المالية لمستوى أفضل.

Authentication issue
The app has an authentication step to use it’s services i tried many time to register but it keep navigate to the same screen many times 3 times i had to set a quick passcode one time verification with Nafath 5 times to enter personal information and finally the app pushed me to login page after i logged in i tried to switch between the tabs weird behavior happened then logged me out
The problem is not just the escaped deficit that happened but it also happened on a sensitive feature which’s authentication so as user i did’t feel that am using secure app uses a government service, financial services and transactions.
The app seems like it did’t take enough test cycles by QA as i can see.
Hopefully those issue is your top priority on your to do list.
White screen
App used to work well, upon signing in to confirm an invitation, it’s stuck on white screen. Did everything possible, restarted, deleted and reinstalled etc. still not working.
